Refund Policy – 30-Day Digital Course Access

1. Digital Access Product

This course provides access to digital educational content for a fixed period of 30 days from the date of enrolment.

2. Immediate Access and Waiver of Cancellation Rights

By completing your purchase, you:

consent to immediate access to digital content; and
acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once access to the course has begun.

3. Limited Refund Window

Refund requests may be considered only where:

the request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase;
only minimal course content has been accessed;
no downloadable resources, templates, guides, or materials have been downloaded or used; and
a certificate of completion has not been issued.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued where:

substantial portions of the course have been accessed;
downloadable materials or resources have been accessed, downloaded, or used;
the course has been completed in full or in part;
the 30-day access period has expired; or
the purchase was made on behalf of a school, organisation, trust, or group unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Expiry of Access

Course access will automatically expire 30 days after enrolment. Expiry of access does not constitute grounds for a refund, extension, or credit.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a verified technical issue preventing access to the course, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Where an issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer:

technical support,
replacement access,
an extension of access time,
or a refund where appropriate.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
